We'd been looking for the cards for weeks, only to learn that they'd moved them at the checkout. When we went to pick them up at the checkout, there were only two pretty crappy packages, and we took one that didn't have any interesting cards in it... it looked like the old crappy cards had been put together. It's summertime and the child asks, if not, don't buy the crappy packages like that. Thank you for asking our opinion. Good day to you all

The 'application from availability of TWENTY FOUR (24) pieces in Migros branch + TWENTY FOUR pieces c/o Melectronics, result ? No pieces available ! I understand passing the responsibility for the exact quantity, I understand that if the application indicates me maybe 5 pieces remaining and I arrive at the branch that there are no more it may be that they have been sold in the meantime but, if the branch indicates me FOURTY FOUR pieces available .... moreover the branch manager informed me that they never had that item to sell. I called customer service and the answer was a non-answer i.e. they did not know how come and they had to investigate. the apology? Yes of course it came, too bad I drove 40km for nothing ! 😡 Customer service rated 1!

"Our availability data is updated every hour, with the exception of our fresh products (once a day)." This statement is simply not true at all. I was in Migros Diepoldsau yesterday and according to the availability now as yesterday there should be 17 items in the store. When I asked by holding up my smartphone and the availability display, I was put off. Can you no longer rely on any information these days?
