Don't buy anything related to tcg pokemon on this site, they are teasing customers by putting pictures of wanted expansions while they deliver something else instead, in my case I ordered packs of sword and shield I got packs of scarlet and violet, in the description they write that the picture is illustrative and doesn't always match, but between sword and shield and scarlet and violet there is a huge difference. Do you feel good knowing that you are cheating customers? I hope some of the managers contact me for more information about their return policy.

I ordered the Pin Collection and have received a cancellation. If you offer the items online then make damn sure that they are delivered before you stock the stores. It's a complete cheek to offer an item online that you can't deliver but sell in store!!! 100% ordered for the last time!!! PS: I even called twice if it is normal that the orders take so long!!!
