Very good: the oven works. Preheat to approx. 400 degrees and then move the burning wood to the side and bake the pizza over a lower flame at approx. 250 degrees. Less good: the door is not insulated, so it helps to attach two layers of crumpled aluminum foil to the inside of the door with some wire. So that the whole inside of the door is covered. Less good: If there is no fire, the oven cools down too quickly. So keep a fire on one side and bake a pizza on the other. There is hardly enough room for two pizzas. Bad thing: The oven shakes when moving back and forth, so the screws loosen too quickly. Please tighten the screws more often. I bought the oven a year ago and have baked about 30 pizzas in it since then. The oven is ok for the bargain price of 800.

Don't let the oven cool down to 250 degrees -> you need high temperatures (approx. 400 degrees). Pizza is ready within approx. 90s. Have a look on youtube ;-)
