Great for baking. By the way, when American recipes say '1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract' - use 1 ampoule at most. Believe me.

For this price, I think this product is good.
Unfortunately very poor product. The scent is awful. Artificial and 'rancid' in a way. Had to throw the rest away.
