MS Power Cleaner 8000

I am actually satisfied with the vacuum cleaner, but I ordered a replacement battery that has a delivery delay and I read in another review that this is also the case with replacement filters. This should not be the case. Therefore only four points

This vacuum cleaner is absolutely useless. Very weak suction power, battery far too weak, unusable floor nozzle, unwieldy handling. A total bad buy. I am extremely disappointed.

The user manual recommends replacing the hepa filter annually. A replacement filter is not included in the delivery. I therefore ordered two replacement filters from Migros Service at the beginning of June. Except for news of a delay in delivery. I fear that the parts will never reach me. That's why I'm only giving it one star, i.e. actually none /Dear customer, Unfortunately, the delivery of the replacement accessories I ordered is still delayed. We are continuing our efforts to procure the parts. If we do not receive them within the next 3 weeks, we will inform you again. Great appliance, but the plastic hinge on the emptying lid is too weak and broke quickly. I took it in for repair and received a credit note. Of course at the promotional price I paid. Today I can no longer buy the appliance at this price. If I had known this, I would have worked out a closure myself. It's a shame, but sustainability is apparently not really practiced in the throwaway society.

I'm 67 years old and after 6 months of use the vacuum cleaner unloads very quickly I can hardly vacuum my apartment, it doesn't go well in the edges, it's difficult to get under furniture and carpets are not well vacuumed... too bad there's no carpet brush. After this time, I'd prefer a canister vacuum cleaner.

My first cordless vacuum cleaner. Expectations exceeded. It doesn't have to be a Dysen! Good suction power. Battery and charging time are sufficient to vacuum a 5-room house. Very practical range of accessories. Unfortunately I couldn't buy it in the store, but I was given good advice.

Vacuum cleaner is good battery needs long charging time

Good price/performance ratio. Does its job with more suction power than my old sledge vacuum cleaner.
