I actually love this frame and have bought it several times for myself and even more for presents. I've just been to the store and wanted to buy another 6 for Christmas. But then came the nasty surprise. Recently, it no longer has a real glass inside, but only this cheap plastic "artificial glass". This is now apparently standard for all Migros picture frames. A real nightmare. It looks cheap and has scratches in it before you even unpack it. I really don't understand why you do this and who should buy this? It's a disaster. I am really disappointed and will never buy this frame again.

I would not order again. Very sharp corners, the "cover plastic" for the picture was already scratched on receipt. I have now ordered a more expensive one elsewhere and hope that the quality is right there... Too bad!

Black frame arrived scratched in several places, you can see the silver color underneath (package arrived intact, so factory problem). Very bad delivery, Planzer arrived on the scheduled day, but they had not loaded the goods, so they arrived the following Monday. Micasa customer service after 14 days has still not responded.
I like the frame. But: - "Plexiglas" sheet is modest -much too thin -fingerprints or scratches remain when touched!!!

Delivery not delivered quickly as promised. Ordered on Wednesday evening, the gift should have been delivered on Friday. But it only arrived on Monday 😕
