Refill packs without dispensers—doesn’t this pose a risk to customer loyalty?
It’s understandable that sales of shakers decline when a product is offered with refill bags. In such cases, customers are more likely to opt for the refill bag instead of buying a new shaker. However, this approach carries a risk: as soon as the shaker is defective or looks unappetizing, existing customers might switch to another brand.
In the long term, this could also affect the performance of the refill pack, as no new customers are being acquired who would initially buy a shaker. One solution could be to offer the shaker at least in larger stores (e.g., MMM stores). Alternatively, a summer promotion could be considered, in which shakers are specifically advertised to stimulate demand.
I like the spice and would be disappointed if the refill pouch were suddenly discontinued as well, on the grounds that demand has fallen.
Is an adjustment planned here, or is an initiative like the one described in the works?

Hi Anna, thank you for your message. You’re right. We discontinued the shaker years ago because demand for it was significantly lower than for the bag. We’ll be happy to pass on your idea of offering the can again in larger stores or as part of a summer promotion to the relevant department. Hello Meisterbott, the product "Mirador for meat" does not contain any ingredients or additives of animal origin and can therefore be described as vegan. However, it has not been certified as vegan and therefore does not carry a corresponding V-label on the packaging.

Hello Kochmarcel Thank you for your inquiry. We simply don't have the shelf space for a 1 kilo can of Mirador with meat. We would have to remove another item from the shelf, and customer demand for the large tin is currently too low.
