Hi Unfortunately, I don't have a detailed picture of the filter for this kettle. However, they practically always work according to the same principle: there is usually a small handle on the top of the filter that points towards the center of the appliance. Hold the filter by the handle and push/pull it slightly towards the center so that it can disengage and then pull it out upwards. When reinserting it, push it into the side guides and press it down carefully until it snaps into place. Hopefully it will now work better. Your Migros specialist store team

Hello, I had the same problem. The staff at melectronics www.oberlandmaert.ch in Wetzikon were able to help me: Use a blunt, narrow object (e.g. a 4 mm slotted screwdriver) to go into the groove at the top of the sieve from behind and press down/backwards until the sieve pops out. To insert the sieve, first guide it back into the holder at the bottom and then carefully push the two protruding parts at the top right and left of the sieve back in from behind with your index finger by pressing against them from the front with your thumb. I hope it's reasonably clear ;-) Thanks to the brilliant support from melectronics Wetzikon!
