Dear Migipedia team, we have two cats, one of which is allergic to fish. Now we have fed them this Mio product and the allergy symptoms (rash on the temples) have reappeared. Question: Do the products "Beef/Poultry", "Veal/Lamb", "Play Lovers" and "Crunchy Menu Sensitive with Turkey" contain fish products? Thank you very much for your clarification and best regards Linda Künzli

Hello lindaozzi, thank you for your message. We are sorry that one of your cats had an allergic reaction - in view of his description, we can well understand your concern. Please send your report directly to the responsible specialist via the contact form: https://www.migros.ch/de/services/kundendienst/infoline.html. We recommend that you keep the product sample, as our specialist department may need to carry out further tests on it. Many thanks and best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear, dear M-Infoline team, in other words, you don't know if there is fish in the products either..... Why on earth can't you clarify my question internally and then answer it? Is this your understanding of customer service? Is there fish in the products or not? That is the question. As customer service, please ask your specialists this question and communicate their answer. Kind regards to the chatbot.... Linda Künzli

Hi lindaozzi, thank you very much for your feedback. We're sorry that we upset you with our previous message. This was by no means our intention.
The pâté is a product with beef and poultry. You told us that eating it caused an allergic reaction in your cats. We take reports like yours seriously, which is why we would appreciate it if you could contact us directly via this link. The previous link was unfortunately invalid - sorry!
The reason for this procedure: We are currently unable to provide you with more detailed information about the product content. This requires clarification with our specialist department, which may take some time. It is also possible that the specialist department will need the pack in question for inspection.
We ask you to complete the above form - ideally with details of the best-before date and the batch/lot number. This number is usually located next to the best-before date and contains a mixture of letters and numbers.
We hope you find this explanation easy to understand and look forward to hearing from you via the contact form. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
