Good day
Are the replacement suction cups available again? There is still a place reserved in Westside and it only says "delivery interruption". The cup doesn't make much sense without a spare teat! And buying a new cup every time the teat is worn out is not sustainable.
Kind regards

Hello meerhai, thank you for your inquiry. We currently only stock replacement teats for baby bottles. We no longer offer the variants for the sippy cup due to reduced demand. We have put your request to be able to buy the products from us again to the relevant specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I have been looking for a replacement for the drinking part ("pacifier"). Am I right in thinking that this is not available? Do I really have to buy the whole bottle again if the child has bitten the rubber part? Kind regards

Hello Nikl, thank you for your inquiry. Until recently, we had suitable replacement suction cups in our range. Unfortunately, we had to remove them again due to insufficient demand. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

for another variant: tradition, 000

Hello According to the packaging description, you can choose between drip-proof and free-flowing. How exactly can you remove the valve? I have not yet found out after a few attempts. greetings

Hello Coduline, unfortunately the packaging is incorrect in this case and we have to adapt it. The sippy cup is drip-proof. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

We asked ourselves the same question. We then came to the conclusion that you can pull the ring down and thus probably get more air in. But I doubt whether it really makes a big difference...

Hello Nikl, thank you very much for your contribution. As mentioned above, we made a mistake on the packaging. The function "2in1 drip-proof or free-flowing" is not correct. The cup is only drip-proof. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose between the two functions. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
