Good evening. I have been drinking this milk for years and have always been very satisfied. It is not very sweet (still is) and had a good full-fat milk taste. For a few weeks now, I have found it watery with a stronger creamy taste. Neither of which is my preference... Has the recipe changed? I find them so bad that I am now looking for an alternative. Thank you for your reply.

Hello Maike1234, thank you for sharing your experience with us. In view of your description, we understand why satisfaction gives way to disappointment. We are happy to follow up on your comment. To enable us to trace the manufacturing process precisely, we would ask you to send us the best-before date and batch number of a current pack. You will generally find the batch number next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. Thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Good morning At the moment I have the L18.09.24 1003730625 1 07:14, but there were already different packs. (I usually buy in St. Gallen-Lachen or Neumarkt) Thank you very much.

Hello Maike1234, thank you for the additional information. We have checked your request with the manufacturer. We are currently unable to obtain a raw material required for processing in the usual quality. In order to ensure the continued availability and quality of our lactose-free milk, we are therefore temporarily using an alternative raw material. This may result in minimal changes to the taste of the milk. This adjustment is temporary and has no impact on the safety, nutritional value or shelf life of the product. We are in constant contact with our suppliers so that we can offer you the desired taste experience again as soon as possible. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I bought the milk drink aha! Lactose-free. Unfortunately, I have been sick. Why and which one do you recommend?

I bought the milk drink aha! Lactose free and I was still sick. Why does it still contain a small percentage of lactose and which one do you recommend?

Hi Katia-katia71, thank you so much for your message. We are very sorry that you have not been feeling well and hope that you are feeling better in the meantime. We certainly want to follow up on your request, so we refer you to our contact form(https://help.migros.ch/it/prodotti.html#generi-alimentari-freschi). Please let us know via this form the minimum shelf life date and the batch/lot number of the affected production lot. The batch or lot number is usually indicated next to the shelf life date. It usually starts with the letter L or consists of letters and numbers. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

It would be great if there was a reduced-fat 500 ml pack (1% fat)

Hello indios, another item in a smaller unit is not currently being considered. Space on the shelves is very limited, which is why not every item can be sold in large or small packs. We are always trying to cover as many customer needs as possible and are constantly reviewing the range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can you confirm that it is 100% lactose-free? An app showed me something else, namely that it contains lactose. This has given me stomach pains and nausea.

Hello user, we are happy to confirm that the aha! lactose-free milk drink 204016700000 is lactose-free - as the name suggests. Part of the lactose is removed from the aha! milk drink and the remaining lactose is broken down enzymatically (i.e. with the help of lactase, which is obtained from a yeast) into its two sugar components glucose and galactose. Products with the aha! seal of approval for the "lactose-free" property have a residual lactose content of your M-Infoline Team

Why don't you just take milk from a manufacturer that enzymatically breaks down lactose instead of using a larger process to break down, treat and reassemble milk? "Skimmed milk, milk proteins, water, cream, milk minerals"?

Hello Alpine1962, with the classic process, i.e. the enzymatic splitting of lactose into glucose and galactose, the product tastes sweeter. This is because with the same content, the sweetness of lactose is lower compared to the sweetness that comes from split lactose (disaccharide) into the two monosaccharides glucose and galactose. Thanks to this process, it is possible to produce a product that is lactose-free and at the same time retains the same taste as milk (with lactose). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I also think it's a shame that the half-liter size is no longer sold. In a single household, I have not always been able to use this size in time. Why is it not possible to offer both packaging sizes? Or at least offer the UHT packs as half-liters, then everyone would have their perfect size...

Hello tina_sp, thank you for your comment. We have good news for you and everyone who agrees with you. We have decided to offer the half-liter version again. You should be able to find it on the shelves of your Migros again from around mid-July (week 28). The liter pack will only be continued where there is enough space for both. Have a good start to the new week and best wishes, your M-Infoline team

That's great news! Thank you very much

Today I was told at the Migros branch in Zollikofen/BE that the o.5-liter version is no longer available. I can't understand this, as the shelf life of the 1-liter pack is rather short if you only use small quantities. In small fridges and when traveling with a camper van, the 1-litre version is not an alternative, so I have to do without this product. I was also told in the store that sales of the 0.5 lt pack were very good. Please go over the books and make the 1/2 lt pack available again. I can't believe the demand for the small pack has gone down. Thank you very much.

Hello Ursula, thank you for your inquiry. It's great that you are our customer. We are all the more sorry that you miss the aha! milk drink 0.5 liters in our range. This item is no longer sold due to low demand. Many customers also missed a larger pack. The 1 liter pack was therefore introduced. Compared to the smaller pack, this requires less packaging material. Decisions about product ranges are always a balancing act for us. We opt for something new, we focus on a broad range of customer needs and we have to take our available space into account - we hope you understand. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is the 1/2L version currently not available in Stans? This has already been the case for 2 weeks.

Hello Nadine, thank you for your interest in the aha lactose-free milk drink. We are sorry that you miss the lactose-free milk in the half-liter pack in our range. This has been replaced by the lactose-free milk in the liter pack. We made the change due to many customer requests and the steadily decreasing demand for the half-liter drink. We are aware that we are disappointing our customers, who were happy to buy the product, by making such decisions. Nevertheless, it is our job to constantly check the current product ranges for their attractiveness and to adjust them according to demand. We therefore ask for your understanding. All feedback is collected, evaluated and incorporated into further considerations. We hope that this information will help you. your M-Infoline Team
