Hello, I saw "caramel sugar syrup" listed in the ingredients and am wondering if that means the mate actually contains some sugar after all?
Hello AriFari, even though the word “sugar” appears in the name, caramel sugar syrup is used in such tiny amounts (0.05%) that it has no effect on the product’s sugar content. That’s why Lamate Zero Sugar remains a sugar-free beverage.
