The predecessor product with strength grade 2/5 has been our coffee of choice for years with a good aroma and taste as well as ideal grinding fineness for preparation in the Bialetti and with a filter. The new one has a coarser texture and husk-like residues in the coffee grounds. This negative change is a pity. This is another way of driving away loyal M customers who have been with us for years. The organic tea varieties with their questionable new packaging design and inflationary price increases with no countervalue for the customer were already discussed on SRF Kassensturz weeks ago.
