The real sanguine ones come from Sicily, although Italy is vast, and it's becoming more and more common to find blond or half-bloods there. They cost a lot more than the one I'm offered. Almost 7CHF for a 1 kilo fillet, but it's worth it once in a while, and the red season doesn't last as long as I've read here. You might as well go to an Italian grocery store with Sicilian specialties to find good products.
I've been finding genuine 100/100 at Migros for a long time now.
If I'm lucky, I can still find some at the Coop, from the island of three points _Trinacria_!
