Due to the material, it can be assumed that your items have become looser and wider over time and therefore a difference in wear can now be felt between used and newly purchased items. Thank you for your comment. The specialist department is certainly very wrong. I recommend simply putting the old and new underpants on top of each other. Then it becomes obvious. It's even more obvious if you put on both pairs of underpants and try to pee at a urinal.
However, I won't be buying the underpants with the new cut again because it is a faulty design.
