How much phosphorus and calcium exactly does this product contain?

Halloalexmillne, unfortunately we cannot provide any information on the calcium and phosphate content of our products, as these values are not determined by standard analytical methods. We regret not being able to give you more positive feedback. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How can that be? This is the first time I've heard something like this... I suffer from kidney disease and need accurate information about the phosphate content. So far other stores have not been able to help me.

Hello alexmillne, we understand your concern, but the fact is that we essentially limit ourselves to the legally prescribed information in nutritional labeling: energy value (in kJ and kcal), protein, carbohydrates, sugar, fat, saturated fatty acids, dietary fiber, salt. The indication of vitamin or mineral content is voluntary and is only analyzed and indicated if specifically stated on the label (e.g. contains vitamin C, rich in vitamin C). You say that you have never heard of these values not being listed, but at the same time you say that you have not been able to get help elsewhere. There are so many different values, what should be listed on each product? Everyone has different needs. The internet can be very useful for this. I googled out of pure wonder and the first page https://www.ernaehrung.de/lebensmittel/de/T105702/Sardine-Konserve-in-Oel,-abgetropft.php shows very good results. If I compare that with the values here, it can be very good. For sardines in oil alone, 11 main nutrients are listed and - I've stopped counting - a lot of minerals and trace elements, etc. are listed. Perhaps this page can help you further.
