We ordered two Malo tables for our garden in February and delayed delivery for the beginning of April. The two tables were delivered on time last week without any problems. The problems started during assembly. Not only are half of the screws missing from the two tables, but the finish is also disappointing: we noticed two cracks in the frames. We quickly contacted Micasa because we had guests at the weekend, but a week later, after an email and phone call, nothing has happened and no one has contacted us. For two tables that can't be assembled and a Micasa support team that is on the back foot, you can't give more than one star.

After more than a month, two fitters finally came by to solve the problems. They had the missing screws with them, which of course we no longer needed because we had bought them ourselves in the meantime, as well as new frames. Unfortunately, the two fitters discovered that the replacement frames were in the same condition as the ones we had originally received. It should be noted that they were supposed to solve problems for two other tables on the same day, so we definitely cannot recommend this item.
