We are two students of food science and we need such information about the production process of this type of ravioli. For example: how is the dough prepared? and the filling? how does the cooking work? Thank you and have a nice day.

My flatmate and I are absolute fans of ravioli alla napoletana. Or were... Now we've also tried the vegetable version and realized that the taste is hardly any different from the meat version...probably because of the preservatives? Or how do you explain this? Also: What kind of meat is in the meat version that FIRSTLY: tastes the same as vegetables? SECOND: is cheaper than the vegetable version and THIRD: contains the same amount of protein as the vegetable version?

Dear Ponyboy, we are delighted that you are interested in our product. The two ravioli do not contain any preservatives. Apart from that, we can assure you that preservatives are generally not decisive for the taste. Pure minced beef is used in the meat variant (article: 1571.341). The meat variant contains 4.5% protein, while the vegetable variant contains 3%. The sauce, which is generously available, and the dough of the Napoli ravioli and vegetable ravioli are identical. The ravioli absorb the taste of the sauce through the sterilization and storage of the canned ravioli. Therefore, it may seem to you that the two products taste the same, even if the filling is different. The price difference results from various components, such as the type of meat and vegetables used, the purchase volume of the raw materials, the production volume of the finished product and ultimately the Migros pricing policy, which determines the sales price. We hope this information has been helpful and wish you an enjoyable weekend. Your M-Infoline Team

Hello, were the cheese and low-fat quark in the "Ravioli alle verdure by M Classic" made with rennet? Or was a substitute used? Kind regards Sofia C.

Hello sofia191 The M-Classic vegetable ravioli is an ovo-lacto-vegetable product, the cheese is produced using microbial rennet. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
