OK, good average. Caution: Be sure to use your own baking paper! The instructions on the packaging that you can leave the baking paper on for baking are a bad joke, the whole pizza tasted of plastic afterwards and was inedible. I don't know why, either the paper itself has plastic in it or it is abrasion from the outer packaging.
