I’ve skimmed through the reviews. The aluminum foil has been causing problems for ages. It really makes you wonder why nothing’s been done to fix it. They manage to do it with the yogurt cups, after all.

We always buy this cheese spread. Unfortunately, it has happened to us several times that the cheese is runny - completely unusable. I would like to know if the manufacturers are aware of this problem.

Hello Jimena, thank you for your reply. We have tested the reference samples. We did not notice any deviations from either our production reports or our reference samples. We do not see any general problems with the consistency of our fresh cheeses. We check all productions carefully before launching them on the market. We assume that the cheese was a little too warm along the value chain or during transportation home, which could have caused this deviation. However, we can no longer find out retrospectively where and when this happened. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Many thanks to the M-Infoline team for their reply. I do not believe that the cold chain was interrupted from the time of purchase to our home, as we live only 20 meters from the supermarket. Nevertheless, thank you for investigating the incident and I would like to inform the community that we have received a voucher worth 5 CHF for Migros.

Please describe how the animals whose milk is used to make this cream cheese are kept. This is interesting because they themselves rate the animal welfare as unsatisfactory with only one star (which I was shocked to discover). Two or three pictures of the stables and pastures would also be interesting, as well as a declaration of the feed. Thank you!
You can also overdo it! Buy Demeter and no MBudget products if you attach so much importance to it.
