We have painted these plates with porcelain colors. To burn in the paint, we have to put them in the oven for 90 minutes at 160 degrees. My question is: can these plates withstand this heat?

They confirmed that the plates are suitable for baking as long as they are not exposed to sudden cooling or rapid heating. It is porcelain that has been fired at 1230 °C. The plates can withstand baking if they are heated slowly. The plates can crack if they are taken straight from the fridge and placed in a hot oven. So avoid rapid temperature changes.
