Dear Migros. Many thanks for the quick and friendly reply. However, due to the purchase price, this is not worth the effort - especially as Migros no longer offers customer service for electronics items in the Migros store.....
The once so proud and beautiful and very versatile MMM Glattzentrum is now just a normal grocery store....

Normal watch, the cheapest on the market. Delivered the day after ordering Unfortunately the bracelet broke after two years.

2nd complaint: After a week the plastic mouth of the watch is broken It was replaced but after a month the buckle of the new watch is broken again 😥 DO NOT BUY this watch to have this problem! Aug 2023 I still have the warranty until 2024 but I will throw it in the trash 😥 _________ I am a loyal customer of Migros M-CUMULUS 2099 344 252 693 I bought a black / white M-Budget watch for CHF17. 90 on Dec 2022 with a 2-year warranty at m-electronics Migros Romanel / Lausanne.90 on Dec 2022 with a 2-year warranty at m-electronics Migros in Romanel / Lausanne At the end of Jan 2023 (1 month) the buckle of the watch is already broken it's a manufacturing defect I brought it back to the store and the salesman refused the warranty and sent it to be repaired to make the customer pay This is inadmissible!

The watch is quite OK, unfortunately it was delivered with an unattached bracelet. It is an unbelievable fiddle to get the strap on the watch. After all, I'm not a watchmaker and don't have any special tools for this.
