I understand better why people want to leave Migros. I've just bought this "fruit cocktail" box. It used to open by pulling an iron tab. That's gone. Now you need a manual can opener because even the mechanical one doesn't work (the top of the can is tilted). All this to earn how much, Mr Migros? 0.05 cts per can? I think we've reached the height of customer disrespect. After years as a Migros on-line customer, I think I'll do as the others have done and go to the competition.
