After several months of waiting for delivery of the chairs and complaints ... I must unfortunately put one star because at this price one would expect higher quality. I'm also very disappointed with the after-sales service, which seems to be overwhelmed by events and is unable to keep up with requests for claims of faulty items ... despite everything. For me, the idea of buying from micasa, the former Migros brand, was a sign of guarantee ... it has to be said that times have changed even more than could have been imagined when MIGROS was created.
