Hi aminata8, thank you very much for your product review. Unfortunately, 20 Denier tights are more likely to stretch than thicker tights. We recommend that you proceed as follows to put them on:
1. Roll the tights up to the balls of your feet and slip them on
2. Pull up over the legs, stretching evenly to just above the knees
3. Repeat up to crotch
4. Pull the panty part up to the waist

Price and push-up are great but I wore them for one day and they are already broken. Therefore only two stars.

Very comfortable material and a great "skin color", the shaping construction on the stomach, bottom and thighs is top-notch. However, the tights have legs that are too short and a waistband that is too loose and too thick - it's a shame that the shaping effect stops right there...with a little more effort this would be a top product!
