Hello gravy lovers, thank you for your patience. The gravy granules 850 g and the gravy granules instant 230 g are different recipes. The instant gravy is slightly more soluble. However, as the recipes for our products are constantly reviewed and optimized where necessary, the 850 g gravy is also very easy to process. While the gravy contains more beef, the recipe for the instant gravy includes vegetable fats and white wine extract. Similar spices and flavors are used for both products, so that a similar taste experience can be expected, but differences are still noticeable. The products also have similarities but also slight differences in terms of the color, gloss and binding of the prepared sauce.
