Great if you know that the evening is going to "get out of hand". I hardly have a hangover anymore, nausea and headaches are almost always completely gone and I feel much fitter the next day. The only thing it doesn't help with is the sluggishness/tiredness, of course - lack of sleep is lack of sleep.
