I find the new formulation extremely unpleasant, greasy, foaming and runs into my eyes. I will never buy this product again! What a shame, I loved it before :-(
Have used this for the last 2 years to remove non-waterproof mascara and loved the price/performance ratio. Recently, unfortunately, it has a new formula (at least it's noted on the package) which is unfortunately worse. Less mild and less effective. Too bad.
