I bought two yellow pleated blinds for the two-part kitchen window from micasa in Olten, 40 cm x 130 cm. After a few weeks, the vertical thread broke on the first and a few weeks later on the second pleated blind, i.e. within the two-year guarantee period. micasa in Münchenstein told me that micasa Olten should be able to check the date of purchase based on my cumulus number, which this branch denied. I wanted to find out the manufacturer and have the two pleated blinds replaced under guarantee. I only found the country of manufacture "China" on the packaging of the pleated blinds. In the meantime, a few more weeks have passed, Micasa in Olten has been closed down and I am now looking after two unusable pleated blinds.
Very happy with our purchase. Attractive and relatively easy to install.
