5 questions
why is the 'youretta nature' no longer available and would it be possible to bring it back into the range?
Hello corina84, we were happy to discuss your request with the specialist department. She informed us that we have effectively removed Les Adorables Youretta Nature from our range. Unfortunately, not all our customers liked it as much as you did. We understand you - it's hard to let go of a product you've grown fond of. Our specialist department has been informed that you miss the item and would like it back. However, there are currently no plans to offer the chocolate again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I think it's a shame too, it was really good, alternative? Children's chocolate, perhaps?
Hello Rhyfalllforelle, the specialist agency recommends Yogurette as an alternative. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Please stop using palm oil for the cremetta! Could you please comply with my request and that of many other Migros shoppers? My daughter loves this chocolate very much, but is considering not eating any more because of it. Thank you
Hello mimo-fi, thank you for your post. Previous attempts to replace the palm oil with another fat led to undesirable effects such as a change in the texture of the fillings characteristic of cremetta and an off-flavor in the product. The use of palm oil is therefore necessary for reasons of taste and technology. Palm oil also performs better in life cycle assessments than other oils, provided that the plantations are only established on previously cleared and unused fallow land. Compared to alternatives such as rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and coconut oil, palm oil is the more sustainable vegetable fat, as the productivity per unit area is much higher. This means that switching to another vegetable fat would require a much larger area of land to be cultivated for the same amount of oil. Switching to other oils is also not a sustainable solution because the criticized environmental problems would simply be transferred to the other oils. The only sensible way forward is therefore the sustainable cultivation of oil palms. This is why Migros, M-Industry and Chocolat Frey have switched their palm oil to sustainable sources, which are regularly monitored. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Do all filled chocolates contain palm oil or a derivative, or coconut oil?
Hello Moudonnoise, and thank you for your question. A significant proportion of our filled chocolates contain palm and/or coconut oil. Unfortunately, we do not have a list of chocolates that do not contain oil. It would be best to consult the list of ingredients before making any purchase. In any case, Les Adorables Cremetta chocolates do contain palm oil. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Since when does it actually cost 1.40 ?
used to cost 90 or 95 rappen ?
Hello guest
Thank you for your inquiry.
It's true - the price of this Les Adorables Cremetta chocolate bar was increased to CHF 1.40 some time ago. However, we can no longer remember exactly when this was. However, we are talking about a longer period of time. The previous price was CH 1.00.
We apologize for not being able to answer your question in detail.
We wish you a happy Advent season.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
Fortunately, no one is clairvoyant. How would "GastM" have reacted 6 years ago if someone had told him that the bar would soon cost over 2 francs? And as a reward for loyal customers, there's also palm oil...
Hello Federwolke, thank you for your contribution. As the raw materials have become more expensive to buy, the selling price of the chocolate has also risen. We ask for your understanding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Yes, you have my full understanding that the main ingredients sugar and palm oil have become so expensive that the price of this chocolate had to be doubled within a few years. If you can find the irony, you can keep it...

The Cremetta chocolate has a new design. That's great. But I think the taste has changed. And in a negative way.
Hello Morenos
Thank you for your message.
The recipe for the fillings has been adjusted. We have switched from artificial to natural flavors in the production process. Migros has set itself the goal of no longer selling food that is colored with the so-called "AZO" colors. The affected products have therefore been gradually converted to natural flavors.
Of course, the taste should not change too much, but this cannot be completely ruled out. Nevertheless, we will take your report as an opportunity to inform our manufacturer in order to follow up on this issue.
See you soon in your Migros - we look forward to seeing you! Your M-Infoline team
