Update 22.8.25: the milk is back

We do most of our weekly shopping at the Wynencenter Buchs AG, an MMM. Meadow milk (whole milk and M-Drink) has been missing there for some time (at least 2 weeks). According to the staff, they cannot deliver. You are forced to buy Heidi Milch or UHT because the organic milk (whole milk and M-Drink) is also missing. The employees can hardly keep up with refilling, the rack with Heidi milk has emptied again immediately.
However, I can hardly believe the supply problems, as Wiesenmilch is in stock in many stores, even smaller ones (e.g. Lenzburg 303 / Wildegg 86 etc.) MMM Brugg also has 266 liters in stock. In addition, the Wynencenter is located directly next to the Suhr distribution center. Why are the stores supplied so differently?

Hello Akasha5, thank you for your message. I'm sorry that the meadow milk has been missing for some time. The information you received from our employee is correct. There are currently supply problems. Both small and large sales outlets are affected. The supermarket management at the Wynencenter was able to organize a few copies at short notice. However, there were not enough to meet the high demand. We are already working on a solution. A little patience is still needed. Kind regards, Tabea
