thawed meat

viande décongelée

Unfortunately, I’ve bought meat several times (pork tenderloin, boiled beef, roast pork, pork tenderloin slices, spare ribs) without really paying attention to the label—a big mistake that could be harmful to my health.
Have you noticed that all the meats I’m talking about are already thawed? What happens if we don’t read the label—which is written in such small print—and put them back in the freezer, putting our health at risk?
So, dear Migros, couldn’t you put all your thawed meat in a special refrigerator with a large sign that says, “Thawed meat—do not refreeze”?
You’re putting your customers at risk without even realizing it.
Thank you.
