I have a question about SubitoGo. When I start the payment process. Is there a place where I should do this? In the checkout area? At the vending machines? When I leave the payment area, should I show the receipt on my phone to the staff again as confirmation? And an additional question. In some stores, the shopping cart has to be returned halfway into the store area. I always leave my paid shopping bag with the goods by the action towers (toilet paper) so that I can take care of the trolley. Couldn't the trolley return be better separated from the store? It's a bit tedious when I have to walk halfway through the store again with the full and paid shopping bag. The shopping and payment or trolley return area should be more clearly separated!

Hello Loxiran, great that you are using subitoGo! SubitoGo stands for efficient shopping. This also means that you don't have to repack your purchases, but can scan the items and pack them. Where you start the payment process is up to you. After successful payment, you can leave the store independently through our Subito or checkout zone. This new way of shopping still takes a little getting used to - we fully understand your concerns. As a rule, you don't have to show a receipt to the staff. You pay for your purchases and can leave the store as soon as you have received your receipt. However, we reserve the right to ask our customers to show their receipt.
