Hi Sina I opened the Migros app then clicked on Subitogo then started shopping then scanned the QR code and it didn't work about 20 times ...restarted the app and went to customer service again.... Answer may be that Migros has a software problem...tried again does not work then asked if you could not check the answer no I have already shopped many times with Subitogo only today it did not work

If it still doesn't work, please describe your experience via our Migros app contact form (https://help.migros.ch/de/migros-app.html). It is best to answer the following questions straight away: - Email address of the Migros account used? - Manufacturer and model of the smartphone? - Which operating system version installed? - Migros app version? - When (time & date) did the error occur? - With what regularity/reliability can the error be reproduced? Always? Sometimes? Every 2 days? - Please describe step by step what you do until the error occurs - What is currently happening? (Error description) - Send a screenshot of the error - Is there a sufficient Internet connection? (Websites load quickly in the browser) - Are you connected via WLAN, the Migros WLAN in the store or the mobile network? Kind regards, Matteo

You write that it didn't work even after restarting the app. But you didn't restart the smartphone? Sometimes that helps.
