For some time now, I have not been able to use Subito Go (anymore): when I want to start shopping and point the camera at the QR code in the store, the app does not respond. I can clearly see the stand with the QR code on the screen, but its content is not registered by the app. If I reset the app completely (i.e. delete the data and the cache), re-enter my access and payment data, Subito Go works exactly *once*: the QR code is captured, I can scan, shop and pay. The next time (e.g. directly afterwards), however, the problem described occurs again, the app camera does not react to the QR code. The Android phone used is an Oppo Reno 7 and runs on Android 12. Other apps (e.g. Google Lense) recognise the QR code without any problems (even if they can't do anything with it). Since the process works once, the problem seems to lie in the Migros app; can I contribute to troubleshooting somehow? Re-entering the access and credit card details before every purchase can't be the solution :-)
