Dear Migros, today I was selected for a sample at the self-scanning checkout. Not really a problem, as I went along with the sales assistant without a guilty conscience. With the second or third item (a giant servelat in the promotional pack) she said, oh, not scanned. I denied this, as I was 100 percent sure that this was listed on the receipt. Unfortunately, the till scanned the wrong amount (only individual items). I'm just wondering why this was possible...., am I now registered with Migros?
