Self-scanning - increased number of samples?

Selfscanning - erhöhte Anzahl von Stichproben?

I pay at two Migros close to each other. Egghölzli and now also at Thunplatz, Bern. After years of shopping there, I have never, really never experienced a random check. I've been wondering for a long time whether this is even active there. Now, within 3 days I have received a random sample twice at Migros Thunplatz. Have there been any changes? How can you never be checked for years and then twice within a very short space of time? I find this a very strange system. I also find it unpleasant. Migros saves a lot of money, I spend around 14,000 a year on shopping and then you have to stand there like a thief and be hassled because of a 50 euro purchase. Example: during today's random check, I received the control message at the self-scanning checkout. So I stood there and nobody came. They were working at the large checkout behind me. As I had put my shopping in the 0.40 bag, I put the empty Migros shopping basket in the basket tray by taking 3 steps to the right. The shopping remained nicely at the checkout. The lady at the large checkout actually shouted loudly "You have to stay there and wait!". Everyone stared over. Gopfnomol, could it get any more unsympathetic and insensitive? That's exactly what I mean by unpleasant. Just because this automatically triggered message appears, you are practically placed under general suspicion or at least treated in a similar way. If I end up in the third check within a very short space of time, I will simply continue to do my sales at the Coop. This staff behavior and this selection principle bothers me.
