I’m almost 80 and really appreciate the 30% off meat deals, but unfortunately I can’t take advantage of them anymore because—especially now with the heat, but even otherwise—I always go shopping in the morning, and apparently these items have been sitting there (expiration date on that very day!) but aren’t labeled until noon! Supposedly so that later customers can benefit too! So the saying “the early bird catches the worm” just doesn’t apply anymore! They don’t want older people clogging up the checkout lines, so we’re being punished and can no longer take advantage of bargains—even though we rely on them so much, living on our pensions and supplementary benefits.
I hope this changes again! Best regards, Wilhelmina
