I always used to buy Parisian-style pork cutlets. These are no longer available pre-packaged. According to the information provided at the meat counter, they have been removed from the range because they "want to focus on the essentials and are reducing the selection." Is there now only run-of-the-mill stuff? I expect a certain selection from a large Migros store like the one in Brügg, otherwise you might as well go to a cheap German discount store.
Unfortunately, I have noticed that Migros is reducing its selection in many areas. Not a good development...
