Plastic labels instead of paper labels - but they no longer stick!

Plastik- statt Papieretiketten - dafür kleben sie nicht mehr!

A few weeks ago, all the scales in my Migros store were switched from paper to plastic stickers (the labels with the barcode, weight and price for open fresh produce). Apart from the ecologically questionable decision to switch to a petroleum product, the biggest joke is that the new plastic stickers no longer stick to the reusable Migros fruit and vegetable bags, which are advertised as sustainable. At the checkout, everyone has to search for every single sticker. They are everywhere in the shopping cart but hardly ever on the corresponding bag. Who do we customers and the checkout staff have to thank for this stroke of genius? And how long will it be before someone in charge realizes that something that has worked perfectly for years has been changed to make it unsuitable?
