However, there is one point that always makes it difficult for me to recommend you: the amount of plastic. The cardboard support around the shopping bag would be enough for me. Wouldn't it be possible for the people transporting the goods to simply use larger paper bags instead of the plastic? Or at least be able to return the plastic for reuse instead of having to dispose of the plastic in the garbage at home? If this problem could be solved, I could really stand behind my online delivery without any problems after your introduction of more ecological delivery routes.
