Many times some stocks can't be found in Migros averages, why? So why do you publish it in the printed matter and on Migros.ch if they can't be found?

Hi Jeanne77, thank you for your question. Since you specifically mentioned Agnesi pasta, I checked the data in the system: all cooperatives participated in the action. This means that the HIT offers were available from 6/25 to 7/1/2024 in the branches that normally offer these products. Nonetheless, action planning is still a challenge for us: there should not be an excess of products in any supermarket, and especially there should not be too few. For this reason, in preparing actions we rely on the sales figures of similar actions already carried out. In this way we can calculate the amount of goods our customers are likely to buy. Despite accurate calculations, significant discrepancies can still occur. This is why we often mark stocks with the words "while stocks last." This is because we do not have the ability to guarantee that the stock will be sufficient for the entire demand. If you cannot find a specific stock in your area, please provide us with more information so we can do further research for you. Sincerely, Tabea

I agree wholeheartedly, but the pasta in the Molino Nuovo branch has never arrived, and this is not the first time that products in action have not arrived
