Which region? Where does Migros send a wine?
The panettone is not available with every wine, but only with those selected wines where the panettone is also offered: "6 bottles of wine = 1 panettone for free". Did you actually order one of these selected wines?

Have you already called migros online and described the problem? I didn't order the wine with panettone. I can't tell you anything about it, but I'm a regular migros online customer, and if something is missing/not delivered, I call the hotline immediately. They are always very friendly and always help immediately.
