Years ago (ca. 30) there was evening bread on sale at Migros, and you could only find it from 4 p.m. onwards. It was made of white flour and weighed 500 g. Very good, leavened very well and a very good crust. It was made by Jowa in inner Switzerland. Couldn't it be re-introduced into the assortment? But not pre-cooked (i.e., the last baking is up to the branch where it is supplied); the one at the branch is not the best and the next day it has to be thrown away because it is no longer good. The same thing goes for the crown with Bio with seeds: it used to be very good now that it is baked at the branch it is horrible.
