I have been buying almost exclusively online for years and it has happened to me that I could only order a certain amount. I once wanted to buy canned Pelati or mineral water in promotion and the quantity was limited. I suspect that Migros does this to prevent hoarding. That way, there's still something in it for other customers. But I'm curious to see what Migros answers you. May I ask which products were limited for you?

I also regularly do my bulk shopping online. However, I often find that I can't even buy a pack of certain items, especially when they're on promotion. The last time this happened was with milk about 3 weeks ago. It's also happened with meat, toothpaste and ice cream, so it's quite random. What's also annoying is that not all promotions are available online. Like the Condy range promotion last week. It wasn't available online. Even if Migros Online is managed independently, the range needs to be better coordinated. A large part of the range is still not available online.

Hello special case, our storage space is limited and we are anxious to make all our products available to our customers at all times for daily use. In order to avoid running out of stock due to a very large order of a product and to meet the needs of all our customers, we have decided to reduce the maximum order quantity of some products. Particularly for products on promotion and as we are geared towards private households, the maximum order quantity is reduced in relation to availability. Migros Online often has the same promotions as in the stores and whenever possible, Migros' national offers are also available online. However, due to various logistical requirements such as minimum order quantities, storage capacity and transportation costs, it is not always possible to offer the same promotions.
