New Store Hours

I was happy that the Horgen branch opens at 7:30 a.m. after the renovation.
Four times this week, I wanted to buy breakfast rolls at 8:00 a.m. Far from it—they were still unbaked on the baking sheet in the in-store bakery.

After a brief conversation with the baker, I learned that Jowa had decided that the bakers must start work 30 minutes later.

Opening earlier but starting work later means, for me, that it’s not possible to have the bread ready on time.

Consequence: I get my rolls at COOP and do my daily grocery shopping there as well.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Migros continues to fall further behind.

Unfortunately, MIGROS isn’t what it used to be.
Unfortunately, the customer is no longer the top priority.

Have a nice day at COOP.
