Migros Zürich Rigiplatz

The renovated Migros Zurich Rigiplatz is a disaster and a complete planning failure. The product range has been thinned out considerably and the reputation of this store has been ruined. It was known and loved for "full supply" despite having only one M. Now there are these pseudo wannabe shopping islands. It's normal that you have to get used to something new, especially if you've shopped in this store twice a week for 18 years. But why do you have to destroy something good and replace it with something worse? Were customer satisfaction surveys carried out before the renovation was launched? What needs is the store concept based on? Certainly not that of the customers, but the ideas of some desk jockey. Self-checkout tills are now available "in a modern guise". In other words, without the option of adding a full shopping basket and then depositing the empty one. A complete misconstruction. Who specifies such a thing? When I go to Migros, I don't need a "shopping experience" or a "shopping nuisance", but the largest possible, varied and diverse selection of good products at fair prices. If I had one wish: back to the old set-up and please reintroduce the orange-carrot-lime-agave juice in the 0.75L size. Blackberry yoghurt is also no longer available, nor is the Nutell jar in the 300ml size.
