Why are there no Cumulus points at Migros Outlet? And why are there fewer and fewer Migros Outlets?

I was in the Migros outlet in Grenchen this summer and I was shocked!
It has nothing to do with Migros. Apart from a handful of Migros articles, there was otherwise only cheap junk and things that have absolutely NOTHING to do with Migros and are more reminiscent of a 3rd class bazaar somewhere in Nirvana...
If the outlets look like this everywhere, then I don't understand why they exist at all...
