As I have long, irregular working hours, I recently started having my shopping delivered from the Migros store (food). 3 out of 4 deliveries were late. And not just a little, but 2 to 2.5 hours. Regardless of whether the time slot is morning or evening. Today the delivery man didn't even ring the doorbell but simply left it at the entrance without my knowledge... Is that normal and do you have the same problem? I find it really annoying. For example, if the delivery doesn't arrive until 22:15 (time slot until 19:00) and I have to be at work at 04:00... :-(
