Why does the information on product availability not match the stock at the Affoltern am Albis store?
Basically, the information in the app is very helpful and matches the current stock - except for the Affoltern am Albis branch.
It's not the first time that the stock level for a product is around 5 or over 23, but the shelf is empty. If you ask, you get a shrug of the shoulders and the answer: "I don't know what it says in the app, as you can see, we don't have it anymore!"
An example from a few days ago:
In the app there are 5 different burrata products with a stock of about 5 - 8 in stock. Only 10min later in the store - stock of 5 different varieties = 0 !?!!
However, it still had 2 pieces of a product that was not listed on the app... (??)
Mind you, it wasn't a rush hour or before a holiday - the store was still open for 5 hours.
On the same afternoon, two more products were "sold out" although the stock indicated 12 items in stock.
It's annoying, frustrating and in need of explanation. Why does it work at other stores?
Does the Affoltern am Albis store have a different computer system or are the goods at the back of the warehouse and there is a special reason for not making the available products accessible to customers?
